Jaxon's Party Animal 3rd Birthday!

When I started planning Jaxon's 3rd birthday I had a few ideas going in my head - Toy Story, Little Blue Truck, all things he loved but nothing was clicking. Then I came across the Party Animal collection from Ellie & Piper and Oh Em Geeee - So cute! And of course, at first, everything I wanted was sold out but I put my email in for a notification when it came back in stock! When it did, I snagged everything I needed to make this theme come alive. Jaxon absolutely loves all animals, especially farm and jungle so I knew this would be a hit for him.

Decor

After getting the "theme" stuff from Ellie & Piper, I went to Amazon, Target, Walmart and my fave balloon shop on Etsy, Cheers Balloons, for everything else!

Food

My father-in-law cooked hotdogs for everyone while I handed the snacks and cake!

I kept the cake and cupcakes super simple for time purposes but these perfect toppers and sprinkles, they fit right in.

The cake mix for both I just used funfetti boxed mix and then the icing is my Easy Peasy Buttercream Icing. It's always a hit at everything birthday we do.

Favors

I got little mason jars from Walmart and filled them with animal crackers and then had an "Adopt a Monkey" station with 4 different colored monkeys I found at Dollar Tree!

Entertainment

This was all about water, water and more water because it was HOT! But TIP: Make sure to put on the invitation for guests to wear/bring swimsuits and towels. LOL! I completely forgot but thank goodness I'm addicted to buying swimsuits and leotards for my kids as much as I am myself so there was plenty to go around!

When I realized the company I wanted to provide our bounce house/water slide would not deliver to where we lived, I searched and searched and couldn't find anything for reasonable price that was a reasonable size. THEN, like it was sent from heaven, Target dropped this amazing inflatable bounce house that has a sprinkler built in. 100% worth every penny. This inflatable pool is also the perfect size for the kiddos!
