
I know, I know! This looks decadent! Delicious! Holiday magical wonderfulness! Sooo bad for you! It is all of those things, EXCEPT - this version is good for you! It has:
16g protein
250mg of omega-3 from ALA
supergreens, superfruits and adaptogens
6g fiber
Why? Because it is made with Beachbody's Peppermint Mocha Shakeology! But you can only get it for a limited time!

Here we go!
Healthy Peppermint Mocha Frappuccino
(makes 1 serving)
Ingredients
2 cups ice
1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/2 cup cold coffee
1 tbsp organic pure maple syrup
1 packet Plant-Based Peppermint Mocha Shakeology
Topping
Whipped cream
Chocolate Shavings
Peppermint
Non-caffeinated Version
Add another 1/2 cup almond milk instead of coffee
Directions (couldn't be more easy!)
Add ice, almond milk, coffee, pure maple syrup and Shakeology to a blender.
Blend.
Pour into desired glass.
Top with whipped cream, chocolate shavings* and peppermint**.
*I made the chocolate shavings with chocolate flavored candy melts, but you can do this with any chocolate you prefer!
** to make crushed peppermint, just add whole peppermints to a ziploc and crush!
